Ask for Pudding: A Global History at your local bookstore or order online at www.amazon.com or www.reaktionbooks.co.uk. Enjoy.
Jeri Quinzio has brought together an immense amount of interesting information about pudding's history.
Pudding? The very word is bland and squishy, but the book is both delicious and solid. Seconds, please!

The proof (testimony) is in the pudding. Pudding, A Global History, enlightens while it entertains. Very often, I found myself saying, "Really? That's interesting. I didn't know it." Great research into primary sources.
